After more than three decades leading teams, supporting customers, and helping organizations navigate change, Andrew Krieman came to a simple conclusion:
Strategy matters. And people make strategy happen.
Throughout his career in healthcare technology leadership, Andrew saw organizations invest significant time and energy in plans, processes, and technology. The organizations that consistently performed at a higher level weren’t necessarily the ones with the best strategy. They were the ones with leaders who built trust, teams that worked together, and cultures where people felt valued, connected, and accountable.
That’s what inspired Next Level Us.
Andrew founded Next Level Us to help organizations develop stronger leaders, build more positive cultures, and create environments where people want to perform and excel. The goal isn’t simply to help organizations do more. It’s to help people become the best versions of themselves so teams, leaders, and organizations can thrive together.
